Touchmark on South Hill has 77 assisted living apartments. Options include one, two, and three bedrooms.Floor plans range from 400 to 1,600 square feet. Apartments are equipped with either a kitchenette or full kitchen.

Basic hospitality services

All monthly rents may include:

  (meals can be adapted for dietary needs)

Personal care and health services

Health professionals provide in-depth initial assessments to determine residents’ individualized service plans. Recurring assessments and scheduled care conferences keep the service plan current and specific to the changing needs of each resident. This thorough assessment and review process is included in the basic rate for every Assisted Living resident and ensures a resident is charged only for the services provided.

Other services are available at an additional cost, depending upon a person’s specific needs.
