Touchmark’s Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation services are designed to meet the needs of individuals who require 24-hour skilled nursing care.People often come to a nursing center directly after a hospital stay or other trauma. Within Touchmark’s program, licensed nurses and/or therapists work daily with a person. Most often, the goal is to help return the individual to his/her highest level of function.
Typical services include:
- Specialized, 24-hour nursing care
- Rehabilitative services by licensed therapists
- Monitoring of cardiac (heart) and pulmonary (lung) conditions
- Pain management
- Wound management
